It’s fast approaching that time of the year! I know you don’t want to hear it because you probably don’t have time to even think about how you are going to find the time, let alone actually find the time…. but you need to! Or do you?

I used to dread this time of the year & initially couldn’t understand why the Directors or Board needed this done every year. I can’t tell you the endless hours I’d spend with my head buried in reports, meeting with staff & clients, gathering market intel, preparing swots, developing marketing plans but most importantly the many hours I spent not supporting my team and essentially out of the business.
